He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred W. Robinson Sr. and Leila V. Robinson (Hull); his wife Doris Jean "Dottie" Robinson; his stepgrandchild Kyle W. McDougall; and his siblings, Fred Robinson, Jr. and Maxine L. Choyce.
He is survived by: his children, Sherri L. Bowers and Russell W. Robinson, Jr. (Vicki); his grandchildren, Josh, Ben and April; his stepgrandchildren, Meghan and Mason; his great grandchildren, Kaelyn, Caleb, Ace and Brody; and his sister Ruby Smith. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) is offering qualified families up to $9, 000 for funeral expenses incurred due to the death of a loved one from COVID-19. The COVID-19 pandemic has caused immense grief for so many people.
