He was predeceased by: his grandparents, George, Barbara Holton, Ronald and Louise Cook; and his uncles, Danny Noll, Bobby Morris Sr. and Danny Myers Sr. The Brown.
He is survived by: his parents, Ronnie E Cook Sr. and Georgia D Holton Cook; his sister Jodie Cheshire (Daniel); his niece Marissa; his nephew Collin; his girlfriend Nikki Robinson; his girlfriend's children, Hunter, Joshua and Bubba; and his aunts and uncles, Penny, Doug Jones, Jimmy, Christine Holton, Ellie Noll, Lani Morris and Dana Myers.
Visitors will be required to wear face masks, practice social distancing, and follow directives.
