He was predeceased by: his parents, Clinton Edgar and Virginia Catherine Martin (Ruby); his wife Susie Brannon; his grandson Richard Harold Cooper III; and his brother Donald Edgar Martin.
He is survived by: his daughter Teresa Martin Griffin of Falling Waters, WV; his sister Sharon Martin Sterling of Williamsport, MD; his granddaughter Caitlin Horner (Scott) of Hagerstown, MD; and his great grandchildren, Luke Horner, Richard Cooper IV and Evelyn Cooper.
