It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard D. Wiggin of Falling Waters, West Virginia, born in Naples, Maine, who passed away on June 17, 2022, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his fathers, Elmer Robert Wiggin and Dick; his son Steven; and his brother Doug Wiggin. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Wiggin (Shazer); his daughter-in-law Penny; his sister Harriet Wiggin D'Agostino; his brother-in-law Louis Shazer; his grandsons, Steven (Amy) and Corey; and his great grandchildren, Allison and Derek.
