It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Lee Catlett of Falling Waters, West Virginia, who passed away on February 18, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Catlett and Lena Catlett; his former wife Beverly W. Catlett; and his sister Jean Bayer. He is survived by: his wife Vickie Flintjer Catlett; his son Brian Lee Catlett (Melinda) of Hagerstown, MD; his grandson Alexander Lee Catlett; and his brother William F. Catlett. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
