He is survived by: his children, Ray Mills, Jr. of Chambersburg, PA, Michael Mills (Rhonda) of Falling Waters, WV, Bryan Mills of Hagerstown, MD, Brenda Thomson (Graham) of Nova Scotia and Cheryl Mills of Hagerstown, MD; his siblings, William Mills (Peggy) of Hagerstown, Cora Reed (Jesse) of Clear Spring, MD, Esther Shaw of Hagerstown and Mary Catherine Hartle (Curtis) of Greencastle, PA; and his former spouses, Joanne Mills and Kim Perry. He is also survived by many loving grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
