It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ralph Haines of Falling Waters, West Virginia, born in Augusta, West Virginia, who passed away on January 15, 2021, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Preston Edward and Virginia Belle McBride Haines; and his brother Calvin Haines. He is survived by: his sister Vivian Smoot (Glen) of Williamsport, MD. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
