He is survived by: his parent Frances Smith Campbell; his wife Pamela Denise Ritchie Campbell; his children, Douglass Campbell, Jr., Quenton Davis and Patrice Dawn Campbell; his stepsons, Jason Witherspoon and Christopher Witherspoon; his grandson Andres Witherspoon; and his sister Evangelist Joyce Prosser.
