She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Leroy and Hazel Louise Smith (Perrott); and her siblings, Ethel Louise Swope, Ella Mae Draper, Margaret Ann Snyder and Robert Lee Smith.
She is survived by: her husband Harold H. Heiston, Sr.; her children, Harold H. Heiston, Jr. (Mary) and Angelia Jean Albright (Darren); her sisters, Betty Jane Calandrelle, Nancy Marie Keller (Jake) and Irene Naomi Smith (Thurman); and her grandchildren, Charles Heiston and Danielle Albright. She is also survived by three great grandchildren.
