With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lucille Black-Pifer of Falling Waters, West Virginia, born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on July 4, 2021 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Woodard and Clora Dodson Woodard; and her sons, Vernon O'Connell, Stanley Black and John Black.
She is survived by: her husband Lawrence "Larry" Pifer; her son George O'Connell, Jr.; her stepchildren, Larry Pifer, Jr. and Christine Pifer; her grandchildren, George, III and Dane Stewart O'Connell; her great grandchild Brooke M. O'Connell; and her great great grandchild Jeremiah Thomas.
