She was predeceased by: her parents, Tollie Harold Smith and Anita Atkinson Smith; and her sister Cheryl. She is survived by: her children, Terry Walter and Matthew Walter; her grandchildren, Aurora and James; and her siblings, Debbie Taylor, Kevin and Buddy Smith.
