He is survived by: his parent Rosalie Pacylowsky (Blazkovsky); his wife Annie Pacylowski (Gordzica); and his children, Edward John Pacylowski, Roseann Pacy, Susan Louise Gawler, Priscilla Ann Armer and Peggy Ann Oyarzo.
