He is survived by: his wife Audrey Jane Mollica (Zero); his children, Dr. John J. Mollica, II (Jennifer), Elaine F. Alampi and Karen Anne Hilleary (Greg); his siblings, Dr. Raymond Mollica (Rosemary), Peter Mollica (Diane) and Anne Mollica; his grandchildren, Lee, Brandon, Annalice, Dominic, John and Elena; and his great grandchild Lillian.
