He is survived by: his wife Lucille Agnes Harbin; his sons, Dennis John Harbin and Stephen Paul Harbin; his grandsons, Tyler John Harbin and Nathan Ryder Harbin; and his sister Nancy Dearstine. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
