He was predeceased by: his father James R.; and his stepdaughter Theresa Lynnette Hill. He is survived by: his stepchildren, Tracey Annette Jones of Eagle Mountain, UT and Tammy Jeanette Holman of Charleston, WV; and his sister Clara Jump of New Smyrna Beach. He is also survived by six grandchildren, four great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
