He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruel Williams and Vera Williams. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Huffman; and his children, Andrew of Falling Waters, WV, Annette of Worcester, MA, Laurel of Alberta and Lyndon of New Brunswick, Canada. He is also survived by several siblings, nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.
