It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Harry Rice of Falling Waters, West Virginia, born in Martinsburg, West Virginia, who passed away on September 6, 2020, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Leon and Ruth Ellen Dearing Rice; his former wife Mary Jane Anderson Rice; and his siblings, Thomas Rice and Phyllis Faust.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Lou Lambert Rice; his children, Stephen P. Rice (Barbara Ann) of Martinsburg, Ruthanna Hitchcock (Dennis Lapole) of Falling Waters and Donna Kay Kesler (William) of Falling Waters; his stepson William M. Kesler (Carrie) of Hagerstown, Maryland; his grandsons, John Hitchcock and Stephan P. Rice, Jr.; his stepgrandchildren, William C. Kesler and Carrissa Weidel; and his sisters, Donna Payne of San Francisco and Daisy Hite of Martinsburg. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
Visitors will be required to wear face masks, practice social distancing, and follow directives.
