He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Mandoe and Lillian Lois Coughenour Emerick. He is survived by: his wife Kaye Marilyn Emerick (Oberholzer); his children, Kimberly Ann Emerick and Byron L. Emerick (Cynthia) of Union Bridge, MD; his sister Carole Emerick Pledger (R. Harrison Pledger, Jr.) of Hagerstown, MD; and his grandsons, Adam Emerick and Dalton Emerick. He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
