He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank W. Sr. Bell and Betty Rayetta Bell (Stuller). He is survived by: his wife Barbara Bell; his children, Frank W. Bell, III (Amanda Ash) of Falling Waters, WV, Kevin Alexander Bell (Victoria Ruby) of Falling Waters, WV, Amanda Renee Bell of Falling Waters, WV and Tracy Marie Bell (Tyler Cramphin) of Martinsburg, WV; and his grandchildren, Anthony, Kaison, Megan, Ryder, Nevaeh, Cameron and Emerald. He is also survived by 2 sisters and 1 brother; numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
