She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence C. Shirley and Frances Louise Shirley (Murphy) of Hedgesville; her husband Douglas Allender; her brother L. Steven Shirley; and her sister-in-law Patricia Shirley.
She is survived by: her sister Esther F. Staub (John) of Fairview Heights, IL; her aunt Juanita Harrison of Martinsburg; her nephew John H. Staub, Jr. (Wendy) of North Port, FL; her nieces, Michelle Nersesian (Paul) of Swansea, IL and Stacy McDaniel (Richie) of Hedgesville, WV; and her cousins, Norma, Scott Shepherd, Ciro and Linda Mendez. She is also survived by numerous grandnieces, grandnephews, and cousins.
