He is survived by: his parents, Clifford Sr. Plotner and Betty Lou Plotner of Hagerstown, MD.; his wife Cathy Stotler; his daughters, Stephanie Propps and Victoria Flynn (Shawn); and his brother Anthony Timmons. He is also survived by his three grandchildren; two sisters; one brother.
