He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Mastrouni and Hattie Mastrouni. He is survived by: his wife Connie Mastrouni; his children, Gina Mowen (Jeffrey) and David'Scotty'Mastrouni (Morgan); his grandchildren, Jenna Mastrouni (Jordan) and Anthony Mastrouni (Katherine); his great grandchildren, Audrey Bautista and Arya Mastrouni; and his brother Francis Mastrouni of Biglerville, PA.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Rest Haven Funeral Home (1601 Pennsylvania Ave, Hagerstown, MD 21742).
