We are sad to announce that on February 1, 2023, at the age of 65, Charles Richard Rowe Jr. of Falling Waters, West Virginia, born in Hagerstown, Maryland passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Richard Rowe Sr. and Edna Marie Rowe (Pine). He is survived by: his siblings, Mary Shirley (Tim), Susan Hurd, Melissa Quarles, Sharon Dunmire, George Rowe (Angela), Terry "Michael" Rowe, Curtis Sneckenberger and Bobby Harper. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family.
