He was predeceased by: his parents, McKendree Fulks and Mildred Fulks (Main). He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Fulks; his children, Joseph Byron and Suzanna Roulette (Anthony); his granddaughters, Phoebe Fulks, Anna Roulette and Grace Roulette; and his siblings, Linda Ann Moore and John D. Fulks (Linda). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
