She was predeceased by: her parents, Glen Lambert and Audrey Madeline Lambert (Sine); her husband Harry Clifton Rice; and her siblings, Glen L. Lambert, Tommy Lambert and Laura Johnson.
She is survived by: her son William "Bill" Kesler (Carrie A.) of Hagerstown, MD; her brother Steve Lambert (Tina) of Harrisonburg, VA; her grandchildren, William C. Kesler and Carrissa Wiedel (Chris); her great grandchildren, Lily South, Josiah Kesler, Charlotte Wiedel and Colton Wiedel; and also Dee.
Visitation was held on Monday, March 31st 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Brown Funeral Home (327 W King St, Martinsburg, WV 25401). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
