He was predeceased by: his parents, Lamar Cook Crawford and Barbara Nell Townsend Crawford; and his brother Kenneth Cook. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Breeden Crawford; his sons, Christopher Allen (Alexis), Shawn Nakia and Chris Law; his granddaughters, Sara, Olivia and Charlotte; and his sister Kelly Dyne Curtis. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
