He is survived by: his wife Robin Hamilton; his son Michael Hamilton (Darla); his stepchildren, Sydnie Dixon, Justine Dixon and Vanessa Lutes; his stepgrandchildren, Stonewall, Brooklyn, Paiyton and Kalistae; his brother Bobby Jo Hamilton (Judy); his nephews, Robert Brent Hamilton and Steven Michael Hamilton (Bobbie); his great-nephew Jake Hamilton; his great-niece Sydney Hamilton; and his former wife Linda Parker.
