He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Audra Errol Yost and Jerry Yost; and his uncle Ronald Hamilton. He is survived by: his parents, Jess Cummins and Glenda Yost Cummins; his brother Luke; his fiancé Becca King; his grandparents, James and Nancy Cummins; his aunts and uncles, Leanne, Michael Durst, Priscilla Hamilton, Timothy and Teresa Cummins; his cousins, Beth Durst Hutson (Andrew), J. Durst, Eric Cummins (Elena), Ryan Cummins, Spencer and Nikolai Hutson; and his pet Josie.
