He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Roy and Sylvia Marie Bell (Wilson) of Baxter. He is survived by: his wife Josephine Frances Bell (Ellis); his children, Orville William "Buddy", Jr. (Renee), Heather Anne Robinson (Rodney) and Connie Jo Kelley of Fairview; his grandchildren, Deidre Ellis (Ben), Morgan Beach (RJ), Jacob Dobbins, Audrey Hamilton and Aubrey Hamilton; his great grandchildren, Beau, Judson, Orion Beach, Lincoln and Amelia Ellis; and his siblings, Charles "Chuck" Bell of Fairview, Emily "Alice" Foley of Fairview, Denzil "Wack" Bell (Diane) of Mannington, Ruth "Midge" Cosper of Fairmont and Carolyn "Suzy" Greinert of Fairmont. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and great nieces and great nephews.
