He was predeceased by: his mothers, Elva W. Foley and Thelma Simpson Foley; his wife Mary Frances Foley; and his siblings, Robert, Raymond, James, Ruby and Norma Jean.

He is survived by: his children, Gregory Foley of Virginia, Stanley Foley of Fairview and Bernetta Kolb (Andrew) of Mannington; his grandchildren, Jessica Beebe, Taylor Foley, Alexa Beebe and Shelby Foley; his great grandchild Montgomery Schroll; and his siblings, Wayne Foley and Kay.
