It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nehemiah L. Kassay (Fairview, West Virginia), born in Fairmont, West Virginia, who passed away on June 12, 2020, at the age of 47, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Nehemiah Kassay. He is survived by: his mother Patty Shriver Kassay of Daybrook; his wife Amy Goodwin Kassay; his children, Caitlyn Kassay of Daybrook and Jacob Kassay of Daybrook; his siblings, Milisia Lybarger (John) of Core and Michael Charles Kassay of Christiansburg, VA; and his niece Ella Lybarger.
In light of COVID-19, it is recommended that people come and pay their respects, and kindly excuse themselves to allow everyone an opportunity to come.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Nehemiah L. Kassay Memorial Fund, 1965 Daybrook Rd., Fairview, WV 26570, which will go to support local high school and community sports programs.
