She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Malott and Bonnalynn Clise Malott; her husband Ronnie Price; her sons, Mark E. Price and Ronnie M. "Mitch" Price; and her granddaughter Kayla Price.
She is survived by: her children, Marty Price (Christina), Marsha Skinner (Chase Satterfield) and Merci Martin (Chris); and her adoptive daughter Rebecca Price. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; and 2 great grandchildren.
