He is survived by: his wife Helen Ruth Scritchfield; his children, Frank David Scritchfield (Brenda) of Farmington, Charles Joseph Scritchfield (Susie) of Rivesville, Margie Cartwright (Joseph) of Monongah and Sandra Hewitt (Tom) of Pleasant Hills; his stepchildren, Cynthia Johnson and Jeff Starkey; his grandchildren, Frank David, Jr., Jeremiah, Carl, Summer, Derrick, Kendra, Stephanie, Sarah, Joey, Samuel, Angela, Virginia, Justin, Vicki, Christopher D., Keyon, Jalen, Zyaja, Octavia, Olivia, Jordan, Maya and Mark; and his sister Brenda Jackson of Mannington.
