Hlusko of Fairview, West Virginia, born in Fairmont, West Virginia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 18, 2024 at the age of 75. She was predeceased by: her parents, Wayne E. Parrish and Lucille Carpenter Parrish. She is survived by: her children, Crystal Hlusko Lopez, Ted Lopez (Bridgeport), James "Jim" Hlusko and Jennifer Hlusko; her grandchildren, Stefani Moore, Blake Curfman, Clinton Curfman, Trent Hlusko and Easton Hlusko; her great grandchildren, Ty Gandy, Elijah Fitzwater, Campbell Curfman and Bowen Curfman; her siblings, Loretta Tennant (Clifton) of Fairview, Wanda Monell (John) of Louisville and David Parrish (Beth Ann) of Pinedale; and her friend Frances Tennant. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
