He is survived by: his parent Mary Simons Cutlip; his children, Thomas Cutlip (Toots) of Buckhannon, Kathy Bland (Robert) of Farmington, Shelia Shaffer (Mick) of Fairmont and Susan Skinner of Fairview; his grandchildren, Todd Cutlip (Lisa), Mary Carnes (Lee), Bobby Bland, Chad Dillion (Cristina), Nicholas Dillon (Andrea), Aaron Skinner (Marsha) and Megan Nixon (Benji); and his great grandchildren, Kirstie Cutlip M., Cole, Reyanna, Anthony, Robert Todd, Angel, Lilly and Gabe.
