He is survived by: his children, Michael (Ann) and Mary Salina (Jim); his grandchildren, Mandi Riggs (Stacy), James McCartney (Connie), Stacey Zicafoose (Mike), Michael Salina, Andrea Fleming (Shawn), Greg McCartney (Tammy), Jason McCartney (Jennifer) and Angel Triplett (Clarence); his great grandchildren, Macy, Maddy, Payton, Jaycee, Raegan, Tristan, Garrett, Justin, Hailey, Ashton and Braydon; his siblings, Ruby Summers, Patty Kich (Steve), Betty Ruth Bulkoski, Dave Summers (Mary), Otis Summers, Marvin Summers (Janet) and Bill Summers (Toni); and his son-in-law Stanley Haught. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
