It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alda Wells of Fairview, West Virginia, born in Morgantown, West Virginia, who passed away on February 6, 2023, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Arzie Haught and Grace Haught; her husband Donzel Wells; and her siblings, Hayward, George, William, Rex, Jack Haught and Nadine Layman.
She is survived by: her children, Ronald Wells (Norma) of Fairview and Deborah Rende (John) of Fairview; her grandchildren, Gretchin Shafer, Heidi Mahaney, Jen Potoczny, Ron Wells, Bill Mathew and Heather Burns; her great grandchildren, Katelyn Sabatos, Emily Shafer, Madison Mahaney, Joey Mahaney, Owen Mathew, Carson Mathew, Hudson Burns and Brook Burns; her great great grandchild Archer Sabatos; and her brother Andy Haught (Antoinette) of Fairmont. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
