It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wilma Jean Morgan (Fairmont, West Virginia), who passed away on February 25, 2025, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William McCartney and Ina McCartney; her husband Raymond Morgan; and her siblings, Dick McCartney and Patty Tucker.
She is survived by: her son Brian Morgan (Christi) of Newnan; her grandchildren, Briana Conway (Gabe) of Marietta and Levi Morgan of Orlando; her daughter-in-law Cheryl Daniel of Newnan; her sister Barb Starn; and her son Derek of Fairmont.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, March 2nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Newnan City Church (17 1st Ave, Newnan, GA 30263). Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 4th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Carpenter & Ford Funeral Home (209 Merchant St, Fairmont, WV 26554).
