He was predeceased by: his father Rollin Earl Parrack, Jr.; his wife Barbara Elaine Parrack; his great-niece Cheyanne; and his brother-in-law John Shaffer, Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Anna Marie Parrack; his siblings, Anita Sue Shaffer and Raymond Allen Parrack (Carrie); and his nieces and nephews, John Shaffer, Kristina Feeley-Mack (Justin), Anthony Shaffer, Tiffany Nicholson, Ashley Zeigler, Jean Parrack, Allen Parrack (Marlena) and Miley Parrack. He is also survived by eleven great nieces and nephews.
