It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wesley S. Staud of Fairmont, West Virginia, who passed away on September 20, 2022, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Leo and Gretchen Rose Sypult Staud; his daughter Amy Lynn Staud; his sisters, Carol Ann Anderson and Gretchen Regina Satterfield; and his brothers-in-law, Pat Lauderback, Jack Barnes and Joe Anderson.
He is survived by: his wife Sally L Barker Staud; his children, Wesley S. Staud, Jr. (Cindy Ann) of Fairmont, Blair Joseph Staud (Marnie) of Columbus, OH, Paul Michael Staud (Gwendolinn) of Fairmont and Frank William Staud (Sara Elizabeth) of San Antonio, TX; his grandchildren, Amber Nicholle Watt (Zachary), Ashley Michelle Brandfass (Adam), Alesa Anne Staud, Cassidy Taylor Blais (Robby Remmenga), Cory Tyler Blais, Andrew Michael Staud (Tiffany), Alexandra Marie Earl (Seth), Claire Michelle Maddox (Stephen), William Tyler Staud, Madison Danielle Staud, Cory Ashtin Staud (Haley Marie Schipper) and Krista Nichole "Polly" Staud; and his siblings, Frank Joseph "Joe" Staud (Jennifer), Patricia Barnes and Mary Joan Lauderback. He is also survived by his 7 great grandchildren.
