He is survived by: his wife Patricia Josephine Sholtis Hess of Fairmont, WV.; his son Thomas; his daughter-in-law Jean Hess of Fairmont, WV; his daughter Michelle; his son-in-law Wayne Yamamoto of Carlsbad, CA; his grandchildren, Kayla Hess, Mackensy Osborne (Brent Osborne), Madison Hess and Tommy Hess; his great grandchildren, Cali Rose Osborne and Luka Kenneth Osborne; and his sister-in-law Shirley Hess. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
