He was predeceased by: his parents, Denzil Francis and Marie May Francis; his former wife Roberta Susanne Hughes Francis; and his sister Lucille Marks. He is survived by: his wife Judy Holbrook Morgan Francis; his daughters, Stephanie McWhorter (Michael) and Jennifer Jenkins (Dale); his stepchildren, Lisa Morgan and Kevin Morgan (Melissa); his grandchildren, Brayleigh Williams, Breagan Williams, Nicholas McWhorter and Elizabeth McWhorter; his stepgrandchildren, Alexa Morgan and Hayley Wilburn; and his siblings, Ralph Francis, Charles Francis, Jerry Francis, Betty Boram, JoAnn Dobbins and Carol Bennington. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
