She was predeceased by: her parents, Grant Thompson and Stachie Alkire Thompson; her husband Charles Lee Yost; her daughter Cathy Diane Yost; her grandson Larry Allen Morgan; her great great grandchild Hunter Allen Jackson; her siblings, George Thompson, Raymond Thompson, Oran Thompson and Ivy Boscka; and her daughter-in-law Donna Lee Yost.
She is survived by: her children, Charles "Bucky" Yost of Enterprise, Janice Morgan (Larry) of Fairmont and Donna Laird (Bill) of Fairmont; her grandchildren, Steve Morgan (Cindy), Tonya Morgan, Rocky Morgan (Patty), Jeremy Laird (Karrie), Amanda Pase (Carl), Melissa Clelland (Jared), Kenny Mick (Kim), Sherry Cummings (Chad) and Donnie Yost (Nacole); her brother Bobby Thompson (Janice); and her pet Lilly. She is also survived by 23 great grandchildren; eight great-great grandchildren.
The family requests memorial contributions be made in Waneta's memory to Amedisys Hospice, 67 Casino Dr. #102, Anmoore, WV 26323.
