He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas William Webb, Sr. and Ruth Ann Waddy (Morgan). He is survived by: his children, Savannah Rodeheaver (Erich) of Wallace, WV, Thomas Alan Webb (Kelsey) of Clarksburg, WV and Matthew Webb of Fairmont, WV; his grandchildren, Audrey Rodeheaver and Harlan Rodeheaver; and his siblings, Belinda Eubank of Ohio and Paul Webb of Ohio.
