He is survived by: his girlfriend Thelma Singleton; his brother Charlies Womack; his daughters, Barbara Joy Smith, Elouise Lamar (Donald) and Deyvonne Moore (David); the mother of his children Johnnie Womack; his grandchildren, Alecia Allen, Shenice Allen, Zhane Hale, Alaye Allen, Dierra Lamar and Deasia Lamar; and his great grandchildren, Andria Sayles, Aneia Sayles and Zyaire Thomas Mosley. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephew, and cousins.
