She is survived by: her husband James E Toothman; her children, Ian James Toothman (Jody) of Dover, DE and Heather Michelle Toothman (Ryan Bannell) of Denver, CO; her grandchildren, Scarlett, Elenore and Adalyn; and her siblings, Clarence Hall Jr. and Tricia Ford. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
