She is survived by: her daughters, Rhonda Moyers (Eric) of Ashland, KY, Sandy Riggs (Joseph) of Mannington and Theresa Longwell (Mike) of Farmington; her grandchildren, Josh Riggs (Alex), William Riggs, Brianna Stiles (Spenser), Tristen Moyers, Anthony Longwell, Seth Moyers and Marshall Longwell (Megan); and her siblings, Francis "Junior" Mitchell Jr., Alan Mitchell, Victor Mitchell, Joann Charlotte Vincent, James Mitchell and Kenny Mitchell. She is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
