She is survived by: her mother Arlene Marteney Decker (Edgell); her husband David Kinney of Bridgeport; her children, Courtney Dawn Sites (Brian) of Morgantown, WV and Charles Patrick Brown (Valerie) of Arthurdale, WV; her sister-in-law Debra Decker; her brothers, William Decker (Angela) and James Decker (Karen); her stepsiblings, Lois Edgell (Dennis), Cynthia Verno and David Hampton (Lessa); her nieces and nephews, Christopher Decker (Stephanie), Jonathan Decker, Aaron Decker, Brittany Paige (Charles) and Haley Decker; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Logan Decker, Jackson Paige, Emily Decker and Madison Paige; and her stepchildren, Joshua Kinney, Kelly Miller (Jeremy) and Tessa Palazzolo.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Domico Funeral Home (414 Gaston Ave, Fairmont, WV 26554). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Funeral Domico Funeral Home (414 Gaston Ave, Fairmont, WV 26554).
