He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen Dukich, Sr. and Mary Mullins Dukich of Virginia; his nephews, Tobise Paul Dukich, Jr. and Jonathan David Dukich; his former wife Debora Dukich; and his parents-in-law, Charles Randolph Lee, Sr. and Theresa Marie Delapas Lee.
He is survived by: his daughters, Chasity Dukich of Fairmont, Threasa Dukich (Mike Beeman) of Fairmont and Samantha Dukich of Fairmont; his grandchildren, Sydney Dukich of Fairmont, Colin Mayo of Fairmont, Cassidy Mayo of Fairmont, Jacob Beeman of Fairmont, Novaleigh Beeman of Fairmont, Annabel Dukich of Fairmont, Rosalee Nay of Fairmont and Brantley Nay of Fairmont; his brothers, Stevie (Ruth Dukich), Billy (Heather Dukich) and Toby (Christina Dukich); his close friends, Tom, Debbie Kennedy and Jimmy Savage; and his pet Duke. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
