He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Raspa and Catherine Scalisa Raspa; his wife Dolores Kozul Raspa; and his brother Ralph. He is survived by: his son Franklin; his daughter-in-law Nancy of Hagans; and his brother Nick Raspa (Helen). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
